When The TASTE Society was founded in 2021, Chef Matthew Rocke never envisioned it turning into what it is today. The original goal was to create an opportunity for Matthew to experiment with cooking and have guinea pigs to try it. Since then, over 60 people have attended a TASTE event, Matthew has coached multiple other guys in their culinary efforts, and TASTE by Rocke is now a 5-Star dining experience.
